These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GlobalTronLink application, browser extensions, and web wallet (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

GlobalTronLink is a non-custodial, multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet. It enables you to generate, import, and manage blockchain wallets, view balances, and initiate send, receive, and swap transactions. We do not act as a custodian, broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

2. Self-Custody and Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, recovery phrase (seed phrase), and PIN.
• We cannot recover your wallet or funds if you lose your recovery phrase and have not enabled a backup.
• Anyone who obtains your recovery phrase or private key can take full control of your assets.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your wallet.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on cryptocurrency.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions, anti-money laundering, or counter-terrorism financing rules.
• Infringe the rights of others, or engage in fraud, phishing, or other deceptive activity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems.

5. Transactions and Third-Party Services

Swaps and other transactions may be routed through third-party protocols and providers (for example, decentralized exchanges and blockchain indexers). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their performance, fees, slippage, or availability. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed.

6. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decision.

7. Fees

You are responsible for all network (gas) fees and any service fees displayed before you confirm a transaction. Fees may vary based on network congestion and market conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalTronLink and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
