GlobalTronLink ("we", "our", "the App") is a self-custodial, multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet. This policy explains what data we handle, how, and why.
GlobalTronLink is a non-custodial wallet. Your private keys and recovery phrase (seed phrase) are generated on your device and stored locally, encrypted with your 6-digit PIN. We cannot see or spend your funds, and we cannot move your assets without your keys.
You may optionally enable a backup. If you do, an encrypted copy of your recovery phrase and derived keys is stored on our servers, encrypted with a master key. This backup exists solely so we can help you restore access if you lose your device. We do not store your phrase in plaintext, and the backup can only be decrypted with the master key (held by us, accessed only for recovery).
To send or swap assets, your wallet's recovery phrase or private key is transmitted to our servers transiently, used to sign the transaction on your behalf, and immediately discarded after broadcast. We do not retain the key from this operation beyond what is described in Section 2.
Transactions may be routed through third-party providers and public blockchain networks, including but not limited to:

These services receive only the transaction data required to execute your request, and are governed by their own privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising or marketing.
Local keys are PIN-encrypted on your device. Server-side backups are encrypted with a master key. However, no system is 100% secure — you are responsible for safeguarding your PIN and recovery phrase. Anyone with your recovery phrase can control your funds.
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
